ToniAnn Loftus, MS CCC-SLP/TSSLD has been working with children aged 1 to 21 since 2006, using a variety of child-centered interventions and methodologies. She received her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Seton Hall University and her undergraduate degree from Meredith College. ToniAnn has a special interest in feeding and language development. She is expertly trained in DIRFloortime™ and teaches coursework through the Interdisciplinary Council on Development and Learning (ICDL). ToniAnn is an active member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and has presented at their conference since 2015. She is the mom to two young boys. ToniAnn leads an experienced and talented team of speech, language and feeding experts at Seaport Speech and Feeding.
The core tenets of Seaport Speech and Feeding are to create critical thinkers, leverage individual experiences, and engage children with others at their individual skill level. Speech and language delays and disorders with individuals are not often textbook problems with straightforward solutions – we believe the best practitioners in our field, are those who engage deeply with clients, dynamically respond to their issues and emotions, and think critically to address their needs.
